Join us for this in depth exploration of the hip joint. How many times do we hear or think ourselves “My hips are so tight.” We will start each session with a short educational segment, then move into a set of exercises designed to encourage the larger movement muscles of the back to release and allow the deep postural muscles of the body to activate and then finish with some relaxing somatic and yin yoga poses.

Students will be asked to bring a yoga mat and ball to classes. New students will be asked to fill in and sign an intake/waiver form and show their identification and vaccine passport. The instructor is fully vaccinated.



Location: Ajna Yoga, 209-2250 Oak Bay Avenue.

Date and time: Mondays, November 8th to December 13th from 7:30 to 9 pm.
