In this six week series, we will explore unconscious postural patterns that can contribute to shoulder tension, subtle ways to activate the deeper postural and inner core muscles that support the back and then end with a few shoulder release poses.

Class size will be limited to 5 to comply with new COVID protocols. 

You will be given the chance to try out the Back Mitra – a unique prop that we will be using to help facilitate this process.
