In this six week series, we will explore unconscious postural patterns that can contribute to shoulder tension, subtle ways to activate the deeper postural and inner core muscles that support the back and then end with a few shoulder release poses.

Students will be asked to bring a yoga mat and a ball. New students will be asked to fill out an intake/waiver form and show their identification and vaccine passport. The instructor is fully vaccinated
