In this six week series, we will explore the anatomy of the knee joint and its function. We will practice a sequence of gentle poses designed to nourish and strengthen the knee joint. We will explore how deepening the connection of the core/hip muscles to the feet contributes to knee health and how gentle movement can increase the range of motion of the knee.

The series is not designed to diagnose or treat knee conditions. If in doubt as to your ability to participate in the series, please consult with your medical professional.


Location: Ajna Studio, 209-2250 Oak Bay Avenue

Time: Mondays, September 20th to November 1st, 2021. No class on Thanksgiving (October 11)
