In this six week series, we will explore the anatomy of the knee joint and its function. But most importantly, through a series of gentle explorative exercises, we will explore the connection between the pelvis, knees and feet. We will use gentle movement to increase the flexibility and strength of the knee joint. 

The series is not designed to diagnose or treat knee conditions. If in doubt as to your ability to participate in the series, please consult with your medical professional.
